All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.
Defective or Damaged Items
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the seller in cases the item arrives damaged or defective.
To be considered for a refund:
- You must provide clear photos of the defective or damaged pen.
- Photos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Failure to provide sufficient proof of damage or defect will result in the refund request being denied.
Non- Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Minor variations in color or design
- Damaged caused after delivery
Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the seller's discretion. Submission of photos does not guarantee a refund.
